Fobsun Electronics Ltd announces today that the Trademark Office of The State Administration For Industry & Commerce of the People's Republic of China has approved its trademark application for its new trademark.

The new registered trademark will be enabled from June, 2011 and all the products manufactured by Fobsun will use its own trademark to differentiate Fobsun's products from other company's products.

The company first filed application for the trademark back on August, 2010 and is pleased with the final decision of the Trademark Office. Trademark registration #3602697 has been assigned under the following categories: Apparatus for lighting: lamps, lamp heads, street lamps, lighting fixtures, lamp sockets, fluorescent tubes; Apparatus for water supply and sanitary purposes: water taps, water towers, water fountains.

Fobsun Electronics shall only authorize its agents and distributors to use the trademark for the purpose of selling and maintaining Fobsun's products, and other utilizations of the trademark without Fobsun's authorization shall be illegal. In addition, Fobsun has already started the trademark filing process for the new trademark in Europe.
