People's Republic of China Patent no. ZL201130005125.0, issued on July 6, 2011, was assigned to Fobsun Electronics Ltd (Shenzhen, China).
Fobsun Electronics Ltd has been granted with a design patent for its new style LED candle bulb. The State Intellectual Property Office of the People's Republic of China issued P.R.C Design Patent No. ZL201130005125.0 for the candle bulb, which was introduced in the year 2010.
According to the abstract released by the State Intellectual Property Office, the essentials of the appearance design to this product are as follows: a piece of aluminum alloy with a plastic ring and conical glass cover are integrated perfectly into a beautiful light bulb, which can be used for lighting.
Fobsun filed the application for the said design patent on January 12, 2011. SIPO credits Fobsun's CEO Chen Bo as the creator/inventor of the awarded patent.
