People's Republic of China Patent no. ZL201130005043.6, issued on July 6, 2011, was assigned to Fobsun Electronics Ltd (Shenzhen, China).
Fobsun Electronics Ltd has been granted with a design patent for its compact household LED bulb. The State Intellectual Property Office of the People's Republic of China issued P.R.C Design Patent No. ZL201130005043.6 for the LED bulb, which was introduced in the year 2010.
According to the abstract released by the State Intellectual Property Office, the essentials of the appearance design to this product are as follows: globe shape glass cover and a piece of conical aluminum alloy with a plastic ring are integrated perfectly into a beautiful LED bulb, which can be used for lighting.
Fobsun filed the application for the said design patent on January 12, 2011. SIPO credits Fobsun's CEO Chen Bo as the creator/inventor of the awarded patent.
