FOBSUN has obtained a utility patent for new frosted lens FCL series LED downlights recently. With technology innovation in physics, electrics and mechanics, FOBSUN created the FCL downlights which will become a breakthrough in LED lighting.

Utilizing aircraft grade aluminum alloy and frosted optics lens ensure FCL series super efficient heat dissipation. The die-cast aluminum heat sink could effectively reduce the heat generation and ensures cool operation of the lamp fixtures. Lower splay recesses optical system into the ceiling to prevent glare without any light spots, and high-efficiency driver placed outside achieves ultra energy efficiency (power factor is higher than 0.95.) and good thermal property. The torsion springs greatly eases the installation and maintenance.

The patented frosted optics lens can deliver more uniform and eye-comfortable light output without any dark area and light spot with high-efficiency driver placed outside. On-board jumper/cable ensures protection against wiring errors; also it can be TRIAC dimmable to 10% and compatible with most TRIAC dimmers, which ensures a proper light output that you desire.

The FCL series employs overload protection which greatly improves safety and reliability, and FOBSUN's unique temperature control system built in can prevent the inside components from overheating, and the built-in heat sensor can monitor temperature of the components, which significantly prolongs the real working lifetime of the lamp fixtures.

The low operation temperature and Cree LEDs enable FCL series to be more durable with a lifetime of 50,000 hours. Containing no mercury and other hazardous materials, the FCL series is fully eco-friendly and harmless to human body. Non-glare beam without UV or IR radiation is more comfortable and will not cause eye-strain.

Compact module installs easily and is suitable for installation in standard-height rough-in sections, and they fits into most popular 6", 8" and 9" recessed can housings. A dedicated rough-in section can also be available for new constructions.
