This manual includes important information about checking after receiving the product, cautions, working environment of the product, user's responsibilities and malfunction explanations, please read it carefully before you use the product.
1) Unpack and carefully examine the product.
2) Report any damage and save all packing material if any part is damaged during the transportation.
3) Do not attempt to use this device if it is damaged.
1) This device shall be installed and operated by a qualified electrician or technician in accordance with all relevant local codes.
2) Risk of electric shock. Ensure that the power supply is off when wiring or soldering the sections of the device.
3) Do not use sharp tools near or on the surface of the device.
4) Suggested continuous working time is around 8 hours, no more than 14 hours. To get longer lifespan and better performance, we suggest not light up for 24 hours or above continuously, otherwise there will be faster brightness loss and shorter lifetime.
5) The ambient temperature shall be limited from -20 to 40 degree Celsius.
6) The input voltage shall be 110/220V AC, 50/60Hz or 220-240V AC, 50/60Hz, which depends on local voltage.
7) The tubes shall be used or stored in dry places, where ambient humidity is limited to 10-70% RH and no corrosive gases exist. If the tubes are used for outdoor applications, waterproof holders and covers are needed.
8) The tubes shall not be exposed to high interference caused by the magnetic or electric fields, which is subject to the standards of CE.
9) The tubes shall be disassembled or repaired without the permission of FOBSUN Electronics.
This product is suitable for indoor use, and applicable for dry environment.
It is the responsibility of the contractor, installer, purchaser, owner, and user to install, maintain, and operate the device in such a manner as to comply with all state and local laws, ordinances, and regulations.

These LED tubes ˇ°DO NOTˇ± require a ballast or starter, which is required for traditional standard fluorescent tubes. If the ballast and starter is connected to the LED tube it will overdrive the LED tube when starting and under drive it afterwards causing malfunctions in the LED tube itself.
1. Can not light on
1) Be sure there has the correct AC source connected.
2) And then sure that there has correct AC voltage shows on the terminals.
3) If still can not light on, please contact your local deal.
2. Abnormal condition such as: smoking, odor, flicker, noising
1) Shut off AC power source immediately.
2) Please contact your local deal as soon as possible.
