The LED Module and Block installation requires planning to ensure timely, successful installation with minimal complications and down time.
Consult an Electrical Inspector to review all wiring plans.
Create a Layout Plan drawing, per a Lighting Designer's or Architect's recommendation.
Consult FOBSUN Electronics Application Engineering Services as needed.
1. Clean the installation surface.
2. Take out the pre-linked LED Modules or Blocks, and then stick the double-sided tape adhesive at the back.
3. Arrange and fix the LED Modules or Blocks according to the letter figure and cut off the linking wire when finished.
4. Connect the linking wires to AC/DC transformer.
5. Power on and test, waterproof process at the connected joint, then the project is finished.
1. LED has two electrodes, the red line/wire is to be connected to the cathode and the black one is to be connected to the anode.
2. Avoid unbalanced voltage drop which can cause hazardous overload and damage the LED Module or Block. The number of LED Modules or Blocks which can be connected serially should never exceed 50pcs units.
3. The distance between the acrylic panel and LED Modules or Blocks should be kept within 8 to 15 cm to avoid extra bright or dark spots on the cover.
