A: Quick-ship is retail solution for those who don't have the luxury of time. By quick-ship, you can outfit or customize led lighting fixtures without having to wait the typical 2-3 weeks required by most led fixture manufacturers. We've made it simple for retailers to design and specify their own stores with our most popular store fixtures.


Q: How do I place an order for quick-ship items?

A: Placing an order for quick-ship items is currently handled through online method. Fobsun has sales representative to serve your business needs.


Q: How much do quick-ship units cost?

A: All prices for quick-ship units and accessories are the same as regular orders without any extra charge.


Q: How do I pay for my quick-ship order?

A: You can pay for your quick-ship order via wire transfer, or credit card. If it is paid by credit card or wire transfer: A Fobsun representative will contact you to retrieve your bank information. Visa and Mastercard are acceptable and we do not accept American Express currently.


Q: Is there a discount for ordering more fixtures?

A: Yes, the prices for all products depend on the quantity you ordered.


Q: Does the two-week lead time include shipping time?

A: No, but quick-ship orders will be ready to ship in two weeks or less. Shipping time varies depending on the shipping address. Usually, quick-ship items will be delivered in 2-5 working days after shipment. You will be provided an order acknowledgment via e-mail or fax with a shipping date once your order is processed.


Q: How are the quick-ship items shipped?

A: Most quick-ship units are shipped via UPS or common carrier.


Q: Do I need an unloading dock to receive a quick-ship delivery?

A: Most orders will be delivered door to door, it also depends on the Customs, and sometimes additional Customs Clearance cost may apply.


Q: How much can I expect to pay for shipping?

A: Although shipping costs vary depending on shipment location and order size, actual shipping charges will be calculated based on the current Emergency Bunker Additional.

A: You can email your completed order form to sales@fobsun.com. Alternatively, you can place your order over online store.


Q: Can I customize some of the items in my quick-ship order?

A: Customization is available if you wish to customize your units; the unit no longer qualifies as quick-ship and may not be available in the quick-ship lead time. For more details please contact our sales and support.


Q: Can I order items that are not included in the quick-ship item list from Fobsun?

A: Yes,, those items will be processed as a separate order with a separate lead time.


Q: Can I track my order once it has been placed?

A: Yes. You will be given an invoice reference number (e.g., F100112345) once your order is placed. You can go to www.fobsun.com and input your order reference number to find out the status of your order or get tracking information once the order has been shipped.


Q: How do I make changes to or cancel my quick-ship order?

A: Contact a sales representative. If you have not received an order confirmation with an Invoice Reference Number, you can make changes to or cancel your quick-ship order without penalties before payment was done. If you've done your payment and the order is being processed, you will not be able to cancel an order.
